Founder Devon Morris built the practice on research into what makes teams perform under pressure, and has delivered training and development to professionals across healthcare, banking, technology, construction, energy, and government. 8typical is an approved professional development and consulting vendor for Arlington ISD under RFP 27-06, and is registered with SAM.gov for federal and public-sector work.
